Located on the ground and  first floor this very nice corner  comfortbale apartment with a very large space in the garden comprises of:

Ground floor : 

• fully equipped kitchenette  with dining area
• single sofa bed in dining area (for 1 adult or 2 kids)
• back door to the private patio with umbrella and garden furniture 

First floor:

• double queen size bedroom and single bed 
• bathroom with shower, bidet  and window 
• upon request: extra single bed in bedroom -please let me know during the reservation (payment by cash on site).

Built in a typical rustic Tuscan style the apt overlooks the garden and hills. 

Kid under 2 y.o. is not included in the number of people in the apartment: free stay and baby cot. Max number of kids under 2 years of age - two  (second baby cot 30/eu/stay payable in cash on site).

 Please submit requests for an extra bed and a baby cot when making your reservation in the "additional notes to the reservation" field.
