OFFERS

We offer 9 apartments, each with an separate entrance and its own covered patio. One of them Lajatico is an independed apartment.

                                       
                                                       Upon request these fees may apply:   

1. Heating fee: EUR 10/m3
2. Second infant bed:30 euro / stay / bed
3. Linen change: 15 euros / bed.
4. Change of towels (set of 3 towels): EUR 10 / person
5. Additional cleaning: from 30 euros (price depends on the range of the service).
6. Beach towels:7 euro / person / stay.
7. Scheduling airport transfer.
8.. Pet fee - up to  50 euro / stay

Please note we can only accept  cash (euro) payments on site.

                                                       We offer (without of the additional fees):  

1. Fully equipped kitchen to prepare all kinds of meals : pots, pans, cutlery (metal,wooden and plastic including a wine opener), glasses, cups (including wine glasses).

2. First infant bed with bedding and chair (please contact us by e-mail if it is required).

3. Very good  Wi-Fi available throughout the facility.

4. Dish, dishwasher, fridge,kettle and electric oven in each apartment. Mosquito nets in each apt.

5. Shared use of washing machine (own detergents are required).

6. Shared outdoor swimming pool totally equipement.

7. Parking.

8. Two barbecques, hammocks and swings, playground.

9. Detergents and accessories to self-cleaning.

10. Hair-dryer and standing clothes-dryer in each apt.

11. Shared the ironing set.

12. Sanitary starter kit: 3 dishwasher cubes, 1 kitchen towel, washing-up liquid, liquid soap,  2 toilet papers.

13. Additional blankets.
